This form serves as a Legal Document between you and the Landlord.  You will be provided a copy of this form upon completion, electronically signed by both you and the Landlord.  Refer to this document throughout your tenancy for questions on payments, terms & disclosures.

Once you’ve signed the Lease, you will be directed to a page where you will pay your deposit, the first month’s rent - and then receive your keys to the home!
