Here’s how to apply...

Step 1: Complete a Secure Rental Application.

  1. 1.Complete your application for any FlyFruitBat rental location securely online HERE. 

  2. 2.Applicants can also PRINT an application here: RHA.Rental.Application.pdf. 

  3. 3.FAX hand-drafted forms to 866.240.8375.  Expect longer processing times.

  4. 4.NOTE: your application will not be processed until we receive your $30.00 Application Fee.  You may process your application (either ONLINE or hand-drafted) via the PayPay link below.


Step 2:  Process your Rental Application.

  1. 1.Your online application will not be processed until your $30.00 application fee is received. 

Step 3: Sign your Lease.

  1. 1.Once your Rental Application is approved, you will be provided a PASSWORD to sign your LEASE.

Step 4: Sign your Inventory & Condition Form.

  1. 1.After you have signed your LEASE, you will be provided a PASSWORD to sign a Condition and Inventory Form detailing the home’s Lease-condition.

Step 5: Pay the Deposit & First Month’s Rent

  1. 1. Once you’ve completed your Lease Agreement, you will execute an online payment for the Deposit & First Month’s Rent.  If you have elected to pay via PayPal, you will not receive your keys until the transaction has cleared the system.


Step 6: Get your Keys!

  1. 1.Once your payments have been received, you will receive your keys and the magnetic security cards for the home and parking garage (if applicable).
